Clare County criminal records are divided among the sheriff, county courts, Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center, Michigan Department of Corrections, and Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. We built this private reference site to make that split easier to understand and to route readers to the government portal, counter, or phone line that maintains the record they need.

Why We Built This Site

Michigan offers several public access routes, yet each route answers a different question. Clare County Sheriff maintains sheriff reports and county booking material, while the 80th District and 55th Circuit courts maintain filed charges and outcomes. MSP CJIC operates ICHAT, MDOC operates OTIS, and MSP manages PSOR. We organize official contacts, portal limits, request steps, and documented fees so readers can choose the right source.
